Supporting Family Life

As a dedicated Family Support Worker, you will provide essential domestic and household support to a busy family of Mum and 5 young men.

The ideal candidate will assist with cleaning, cooking, and meal preparation, while also supporting the three eldest young men who have autism as they transition between home, employment, and community activities.

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and patience, along with a good understanding of autism and neurodiversity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to the young men in the family
  • Assisting with daily tasks and activities
  • Working closely with the Mum and other key workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the family

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
