Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development:

  • Integration and Deployment:
    • Deploy, integrate, and migrate data on IFS Cloud solutions while collaborating with other teams for platform integration.
  • Incident and Change Management:
    • Analyze requirements for changes and propose solution alternatives to manage incidents escalated from L2 support.
    • Document changes and maintain relevant documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and user manuals.
  • Enhancements and Bug Fixing:
    • Perform enhancements and bug fixes as part of the support scope, analyzing customizations done by vendors to ensure alignment with overall system architecture.
  • Documentation and Support:
    • Maintain documentation for dispatchers, field technicians, and administrators to ensure continuous operation and quick resolution of issues.
Technical Qualifications:
  • IFS Cloud Service Management Solution: Expertise with IFS Cloud Service Management solution including PSO, Mobile, and Integrations.
  • REST, SOAP-based Services: Experience with REST, SOAP-based services, and SQL server procedures, scripts, views, and functions.
  • SOA Principles: Understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.
  • Distributed Systems: Proven track record of implementing distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools.
  • Deployment Change Management: Experience with deployment change management and CI/CD tool chains.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Product and Business Requirements: Ability to gather and understand product and business requirements to apply them to a technical design within the IFS platform.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Motivation: Motivated and driven by helping business and product partners achieve long-term business outcomes.
  • Sprint and Release Planning: Expertise with sprint and release planning and managing change through various environments within the SDLC (Dev, UAT, QA, Perf, etc.).
