At T2, we are seeking a dedicated Casual Sales Assistant to join our passionate team.

As a key member of our retail sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our extensive product range, becoming a tea and brewing expert who can confidently recommend products to customers.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an engaging shopping environment.
  • Prioritize health and safety for yourself and others by adhering to our established safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Act with a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing their needs above all else.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Be self-motivated and eager to learn, with a willingness to develop your skills and expertise.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
