Senior Technical Specialist

We seek a seasoned Revit expert to lead our structural drafting team, delivering high-quality documentation for diverse building projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will oversee the creation and coordination of structural documentation using Revit and BIM methodologies.
  • They will ensure that modelling adheres to project and company standards.
  • This role involves close collaboration with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines.
  • The specialist will manage and mentor junior draughting staff, providing guidance on their growth and development.
  • Responsibilities include ownership of project deadlines, documentation quality, and team coordination.
  • The specialist will contribute to the implementation and improvement of BIM workflows and Revit standards.
  • This role covers multiple project stages – from concept to construction documentation.
Required Expertise
  • The ideal candidate will possess advanced Revit skills, backed by extensive experience in structural drafting.
  • A strong understanding of BIM processes and multi-disciplinary coordination is essential.
  • Prior experience working on buildings projects, particularly data centres, warehouses, or similar, is preferred.
