We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispensary Technician at National Pharmacies.
As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a critical role in enabling us to deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Dispensary Operations: Assist the pharmacist to process prescriptions efficiently and accurately using our dispensing system.
- Inventory Management: Ensure our dispensaries are well-stocked to meet customer demands.
- Membership Promotion: Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in community pharmacy.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
- Communication Skills: Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
- Adaptability: Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
