About This Role

Are you a skilled Hairdresser/Hair Stylist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a talented hairdressing expert.

This role can be full-time, part-time or casual and is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. You will have the chance to work with a variety of clients, providing high-quality hairdressing and styling services that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional hairdressing and styling services, including cutting, colouring, treatments and blow-drying
  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable services
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients
  • Effectively utilize and maintain hairdressing tools and equipment
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the salon
Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized hairdressing qualification, such as a Certificate III in Hairdressing
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Hairdresser/Hair Stylist in a salon environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive client experience
  • Strong technical hairdressing skills, including proficiency in cutting, colouring and styling techniques
  • Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest hairdressing trends and techniques
  • A friendly, professional and reliable attitude
