Business Development RoleThis role involves maintaining a portfolio of key revenue-generating accounts and ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Grow commercial portfolios by acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones.
- On-board new clients by delivering on our value proposition and building trust.
- Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with suppliers and insurers.
- Plan and implement effective strategies for renewals and broking.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience managing SME portfolios of business.
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of risks, participating in tenders and proposals, building networks of opportunities, and assisting with the placement of complex insurance programs.
