Business Development Role

This role involves maintaining a portfolio of key revenue-generating accounts and ensuring high-quality customer service.

  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Grow commercial portfolios by acquiring new clients and expanding existing ones.
  • On-board new clients by delivering on our value proposition and building trust.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with suppliers and insurers.
  • Plan and implement effective strategies for renewals and broking.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience managing SME portfolios of business.

This role offers exposure to a diverse range of risks, participating in tenders and proposals, building networks of opportunities, and assisting with the placement of complex insurance programs.
