Job Opportunity:

This position involves developing and implementing enterprise content management solutions utilizing FileNet P8.

Responsibilities include configuring, designing, and developing on FileNet, specifically with IBM Enterprise Records Manager. Additionally, the candidate will develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FileNet P8 CE & PE, IBM Enterprise Records Manager, and Good Java programming. Expert-level skills in IBM Filenet P8, version 5.2.0 fix pack 5 or later are required.

A strong background in Java/J2EE, Spring, JUnit, iBatis/Hibernate is necessary, along with advanced skills in Websphere, CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP.

Prior experience in Agile methodology is a plus, as is single-handed capability of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM Filenet solution. Strong exposure in Archival, Retrieval is also desired.
