Mobile Foot Care Specialist

**Estimated Salary**: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating foot and lower limb abnormalities. You will also provide education and advice on foot care and footwear, making referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary. In addition, you will maintain quality documentation and treatment planning procedures, and undertake administrative tasks such as stock management and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and Diagnosing Foot Abnormalities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' feet and lower limbs to identify any potential issues.
- Treating Foot Conditions: Develop and implement treatment plans to address various foot conditions, including diabetic foot health assessments.
- Providing Education and Advice: Educate patients on proper foot care techniques and recommend suitable footwear options.
- Maintaining Quality Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments and progress.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Qualifications: Be a qualified and fully registered Podiatrist with AHPRA.
- Experience: Possess significant experience in providing high-quality foot care services to patients.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Travel Requirements: Be comfortable traveling to clients' locations and willing to provide your own vehicle.
