Midwifery Professor

We are seeking a passionate educator to contribute to excellence in teaching and learning across a range of midwifery topics. The educator will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality, innovative teaching through lectures, tutorials, clinical placements, and contemporary digital strategies.
The role also requires ongoing clinical or community-based practice to maintain current skills and knowledge. You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders to improve teaching, learning, or research outcomes.
About This Opportunity
You will hold a doctorate in a relevant field or possess equivalent clinical experience and professional standing in Midwifery. A strong understanding of pedagogical theory and contemporary midwifery education practices is essential.
With excellence in tertiary-level teaching, including in simulation and clinical settings, you also have experience in placement coordination. Reflective practice and a clear understanding of the link between teaching, research, and clinical practice are key.
