About the Team
Our Geo-Environmental Engineering team excels in designing and constructing essential infrastructure for effective site management and environmental protection. We specialize in:
- Developing and maintaining water dams, including new constructions, safety reviews, and upgrades
- Creating containment and evaporation ponds for water, leachate, and brine
- Providing technical advice in different water management civil disciplines Constructing solid waste containment cells and groundwater cut-off barriers
- Managing gas and vapor control systems
- Planning and executing site closures, redevelopments, and remediation projects
- Performing ancillary earthworks
About the Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-impact projects, with a focus on water management systems civil design, structures, and dams.
- Develop and implement strategies to address subsurface environmental risks, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.
- Oversee the creation and review of technical documentation, ensuring precision and quality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving business development and supporting project success.
- Manage complex project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure top-quality outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, promoting their professional growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational management in different disciplines
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering with significant experience in water sector civil works.
- Proven expertise in subsurface environmental risks, embankments, earthworks, and water infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker, highly motivated, and committed to technical excellence and innovation.
