Indoor Location Surveyor

We are currently searching for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team servicing indoor locations.

The successful candidate will act as a surveyor, responsible for mapping indoor locations by walking around the area while holding an iPhone with a special app that maps the surroundings. This involves:

  • Picking up a kit (including an iPhone and peripherals) from a nearby location.
  • Attending a 30-minute online training prior to the site visit.
  • Arriving at the scheduled site on time, with the kit and personal phone (fully charged).
  • Recording the surroundings using the provided Mapping iPhone, covering all walkable areas while marking position on a map in the app.
  • Maintaining contact with remote call-centre via Google Meet throughout the process for support and instructions.
  • Fully charging the phone and power bank at the end of the day.

Requirements include:

  • A sense of direction & orientation to mark pinpoints on a map.
  • Patience and attention to detail – precision is key to progress.
  • Ability to be on your feet for a full day and navigate around obstacles.
  • Effective communication, self-motivation, and independence.
  • Comfort with remote guidance and ongoing communication with an operator throughout the day.
  • Completion of relevant inductions to enter supermarkets.
  • A current valid driver's license and car.
