Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Workshop/Appliance Service Technician to join our Queensland team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and fully testing the operation of appliances and air-conditioners to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and test appliances and air-conditioners to ensure high-quality service
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training and service manuals
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory
  • Assist and support the warehouse teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and PC skills
  • Provide premium customer service
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
  • Clean Driver's license essential
