We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as we partner with leading ticketing companies across Australia.

This opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing event information and selling tickets to patrons.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Brilliant face-to-face customer service skills
  • Exceptional presentation abilities
  • The ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

You will be working closely with clients to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Shifts may include scanning patrons, selling tickets, and providing event information. You may be required to work from 4pm on weekdays and full availability on weekends, with flexibility to work longer hours as needed.

Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $32.88 per hour (Monday - Saturday) and $59.18 per hour (Sunday/Public Holidays). Shifts are minimum 3 hours, with potential for up to 8 hours during larger events.
