Job Overview

As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing. You will create lasting impressions through your interactions with guests.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and farewell all guests.
  • Manage guest luggage, amenities, and other items efficiently.
  • Safely navigate the hotel car park to valet park guest vehicles.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, assisting as needed.
  • Engage with guests, sharing knowledge on local attractions and hidden gems.
  • Assist in emergency situations where required.

Requirements
  • Full driver's license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to build relationships and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
