Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and contributing to the success of our store.

  • Deliver and maintain high customer care standards.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards with an eye for detail.
  • Analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor.
  • Manage stock effectively, including unpacking new stock, processing, and movement of stock to keep the store looking fresh.
  • Multitask and balance customer care with other duties required.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Be proactive and show initiative in your work.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience is essential.
  • Experience in high volume retail stock processes is highly regarded.
  • Have an eye for styling and detail to uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide superior customer service with high personal standards.
  • Conduct daily replenishment of floor stock efficiently.
