Motor Claims Portfolio Manager Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our motor claims team in Parramatta. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end management of motor claims portfolio, communicating regularly with third parties and clients, and cultivating positive relationships internally and externally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage motor claims portfolio from start to finish
  • Communicate claim progress to clients and third parties
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarize yourself with company processes and procedures aligned with legislation

Key Requirements:

  • Previous motor or property claims experience (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude
