Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Storeperson. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for supporting internal stakeholders with timely and efficient ordering, receiving, storing, and logistics requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering, receiving, quality-checking deliveries and storage duties
  • Verifying deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
  • Assisting with maintenance of the inventory management system
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and stock rotation
  • Assisting with regular stocktakes
  • Assisting with the management of incoming and outgoing conference materials
  • Manual handling and moving moderately heavy items
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed

About You:

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who can bring their skills and great attitude to compliment the role. Ideally, you will have prior experience operating inventory management systems, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
