About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Content Writer to join our team at our Mascot Corporate Campus in Sydney. As a key member of the Loyalty Creative Studio, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and video.


Job Description


The successful candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for interpreting content briefs, collaborating with designers and stakeholders, and providing feedback on copy briefs throughout the end-to-end delivery process.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business outcomes;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results;
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders;
  • Ensuring all tasks and responsibilities comply with relevant regulatory and quality requirements;

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a copywriter;
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or journalism;
  • Strong technical copywriting knowledge and expertise in Generative AI technologies;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strategic thinking, logical problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities;
  • A keen interest in digital marketing trends, best practices, and innovation.
