Critical Environment Program Manager Role

Drive the delivery of core infrastructure and foundational technologies for online services, leading a team to achieve results in a dynamic environment.

This role involves overseeing daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in data centers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strong working relationships with customers.
  • Managing day-to-day activities, planning, and organizing preventative and corrective electrical and/or mechanical equipment work.
  • Ensuring electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment operates at peak efficiency.
  • Acting as an escalation point for facilities-related issues within the data center.
  • Leading small-to-medium projects from conception to completion.

As part of this team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality services that meet customer expectations, driving cost/energy efficiency, and identifying vulnerabilities in regional datacenter locations. You will also be responsible for coordinating audits, compliance verifications, and recommending new data center equipment designs, technologies, and construction methods.

We are looking for someone with industry experience, preferably in critical environment infrastructures or physical IT infrastructures. Technical college degrees in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields are desirable. Relevant certifications like ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP are also beneficial.
