About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to join our team at Hanes Brands Australasia. As a key member of our Employee Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, line managers, and in-business People and Culture teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract management: prepare and distribute new and changed employment contracts for all Retail and Support Centre employees
  • Facilitate the candidate on-boarding process for new starters
  • Primary source for HRIS and LMS Administration
  • Maintain new starter pack documentation in line with legislation and superannuation requirements
  • Assist new starters with employment queries and troubleshoot employee benefits queries and issues
  • Respond to general People and Culture related enquiries from employees and line managers
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Customer service focus and passion and experience in a customer service or admin support function previously
  • Advanced PC Skills including Excel and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain poise under pressure
  • High attention to detail and ability to use initiative and adapt in an ever-changing environment
