Migration Consultant Role

The role of a Migration Consultant is to provide expert advice and guidance on visa applications, skills assessments, sponsorships, nominations, and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with their migration needs, providing accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements and procedures.
  • Prepare and lodge visa applications, skills assessments, sponsorships, and nominations on behalf of clients.
  • Manage caseloads efficiently, maintaining compliance and professional standards.
  • Support international students with visa and immigration assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through face-to-face, phone, and email communication.
  • Stay updated on migration policy changes and represent the interests of clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Migration Consultant.
  • Must hold current registration with the relevant authority.
  • Strong knowledge of visa subclasses: 482, 485, 500, 685, 186, SBS, 407, 189, 190, 491, 494, CMT, Partner Visa, and AAT.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in a South Asian language will be an advantage.
