At PlayStation, we're passionate about delivering exceptional gaming experiences to our customers. As a PC Test Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our PC titles.
The PC Test Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies for PC titles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and providing subject matter expertise on PC operating systems and hardware.
This is a temporary engagement through our staffing partner DZConneX (Yoh Services), and the anticipated duration will vary.
We're looking for a skilled and experienced PC Test Analyst who can bring their expertise to our team and help us raise the bar for quality in our PC titles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test strategies for PC titles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
- Provide subject matter expertise on PC operating systems and hardware
- Continued learning and development of subject matter expertise
- Directly interacting with Studios and Business Leadership to communicate strategy, risk, and product impacts
Requirements:
- Intermediate level understanding of PC gaming hardware and associated technologies
- Excellent general awareness of QA and games industry
- Strong PC building experience
- Strong experience/understanding of GPU video graphics cards and display resolutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in both an individual and team environment
