About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to our children.

Our Brisbane Campuses offer a unique learning environment that inspires 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover. We have a strong focus on child-led play-based learning and provide opportunities for our educators to develop their skills and knowledge.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator with at least two years of full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting. You will have the opportunity to work with a friendly, supportive, and fun team and contribute to the development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Deliver high-quality education and care to our children, ensuring they are engaged and motivated throughout the day.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, parents and other staff members to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the development of our curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of our children and aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve outcomes and support the growth and development of our children.

Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
  • A creative, supportive and cooperative team player
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
