Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at a leading national community NDIS service. As a Community OT, you will work closely with participants and their care team to provide therapeutic OT services and help clients achieve their desired goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home and community assessments to identify participants' needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to participants, including home modifications and assistive technology recommendations
- Collaborate with other clinicians, such as physiotherapists and speech therapists, to provide holistic care plans
- Participate in individual and group professional development initiatives to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist and full working rights
- Experience working with NDIS participants, including placements
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a current driver's license

- A competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, with a range of $80k-$100k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance
