Culinary Operations Manager

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our esteemed restaurant. Our team strives to deliver an exceptional dining experience by serving creative dishes that showcase the seasonality of produce sourced from local farms and regional suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach.
- Develop and motivate the front-of-house team to provide outstanding service standards.
- Promote guest satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Provide regular updates on financial performance, quality control, and customer feedback.
- Manage booking software systems efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Proven experience in a similar operations or management role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, are crucial.
- Fine-tuned financial management skills, including reporting, cost control, and target achievement.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities are required.
- A hands-on approach with attention to detail is vital.
- Knowledge of wine or formal training (e.g., WSET) is highly regarded but not mandatory.
