About the Role:
">The Primary Years Leader is responsible for shaping and operationalising teaching and learning, spiritual formation, pastoral care, and administration in a critical component of our educational strategy. As the leader of this program, you will foster student growth, academic standards, and wellbeing while working closely with senior leadership and middle leaders to drive the review of curriculum frameworks and plan future directions.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Oversee the application of contemporary learning and teaching research and data analysis to classroom practice through continuous whole-school strategic and professional development.
- Nurture the growth and development of students and teachers by creating a culture that stimulates learning, growth mindsets, and promotes engagement and excellence.
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and the broader community.
- Demonstrate commitment to supporting the values of Catholic education.
- Hold others to high standards of professionalism, accountability, and performance.
Requirements:
">- A strong track record of driving improvement, innovation, and change in teaching performance, wellbeing education, and safety leadership.
- An experienced leader who has a robust understanding of young boys and boys' education.
- Queensland Teachers Registration (QCT) is a requirement for this role.
