Category Buyer Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Category Buyer to spearhead our product curation strategy.

  • Develop and execute company-wide strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and stay informed about the latest industry developments.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and assist in vendor selection and deactivation.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor details.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Analyze data and interpret trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps aligned with commercial strategies and customer demographics.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for category promotions.
  • Communicate effectively and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
