**Job Title:** Seasonal Baker

**Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced baker to join our team for a seasonal position. As a baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our quality standards. This includes monitoring and maintaining proofbox temperatures, operating gas fired rack ovens, and preparing ingredients using power equipment.

Your daily tasks will include scaling and combining ingredients, rolling, cutting, and shaping products, as well as producing, dating, and storing ingredients and product for next day use.

You will also be responsible for assisting with other bakery duties as needed, providing prompt and courteous member service, and following SSOP guidelines for proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.

In addition to your baking skills, we require that you have food handling certification and a minimum of 6 months experience in a bakery setting.
