Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is a premier holiday destination in Western Australia, known for its world-class amenities and exceptional service.

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Porter to join our Concierge team on a casual basis. The successful applicant will provide professional and helpful transportation, delivery, and information services to all guests on permanent night shifts.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing excellent customer service to all guests
  2. Transporting guests around the resort as required
  3. Delivering packages and messages to guests
  4. Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the resort's facilities and services

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service based role
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Meticulous presentation and grooming standards
  • The ability to work nights, starting at 11pm
  • A strong desire to be part of a high-achieving team
  • Flexible work attitude
  • Current Australian Driver's License - Manual
