About The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Fashion Stylist to join our team at Dotti Kawana store. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work collaboratively with our supportive team to maximize sales and drive visual merchandising efforts while maintaining a high level of stock organization.

A Day in the Life

• Deliver genuine and unique experiences for every customer aligning with the Dotti brand values.
• Work effectively within a team environment to achieve individual and store targets.
• Assist with stock management and processing, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory levels.
• Contribute to the set up and execution of store promotions and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of loss prevention by adhering to company policies and procedures.
