Job Title: Graduate Sustainability Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a sustainability consultant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering or built environment graduate to develop their skills and knowledge in sustainable design and the built environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for creating environmentally friendly solutions and be able to work effectively with colleagues and clients to deliver projects that meet our zero carbon design criteria. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative and award-winning sustainable engineering solutions throughout the lifecycle of any building project.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in designing some of the most exciting construction projects in Australia and worldwide. You will work on a variety of industry sectors including education, commercial, healthcare, retail, and residential, and have the opportunity to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as we support the development of your professional skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be educated to degree level in engineering, the built environment, or a related area, and have gained exposure to some of the skills relevant to the role. Excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential. Knowledge of ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, LBC, etc., and experience with energy modelling software and parametric modelling software (Grasshopper/Rhino/Dynamo) are viewed positively but not essential.
