A skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse is sought to provide specialist mental health services in the community. This role involves working with diverse client groups, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs
- Provide direct care and support to clients, including therapy sessions and medication management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current registration
- Postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing or a related field (desired)
- Experience working with adult mental health clients (preferably in community settings)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
