About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative superstar to provide support to our Operations Manager and Head of Department. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for alleviating their workload and assisting with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support in an office environment
  • Address and resolve lower-level property management inquiries
  • Perform data entry tasks, including recording information for creditors, tenants, and owners
  • Explore technological solutions and identify ongoing development opportunities
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes
  • Serve as the primary contact for the virtual assistant
  • Offer IT support
  • Support trust accounting processes, including daily rent collections, end-of-month procedures, payments, and creditor inquiries
  • Provide coverage and assistance for property management, administration, and business development as needed
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate has EA/PA/Office Manager Support experience and a desire to transition into real estate
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the wider team
  • Forward thinking and able to use initiative
  • A sense of humor and ability to work in a fun and social team culture
