  • Preparing and cooking a variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps, dressings, canapés and artisan platters, using fresh local ingredients.">
  • Ensuring that all prepared items are correctly wrapped, labelled and stored.">
  • Working with the senior kitchen team to prepare various dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.">
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area, adhering to health and hygiene standards.">
  • Meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Catering Chef or above.">
  • Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery (SIT30813) or similar.">
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.">
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts and flexibility with hours.">
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.">
  • Eager to learn, take on challenges, and handle constructive criticism with grace and positivity.">
