We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in caring for young people with complex emotional difficulties.
The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and able to provide encouragement and praise when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a positive role model and build trusting relationships with the children.
- Provide emotional support to enable them to reach their full potential in challenging situations.
- Give encouragement and motivation to inspire our young people to try new things.
This is an emotionally demanding yet rewarding role that requires resilience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements- A keen interest or experience in supporting vulnerable young people with mental health challenges.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins.
