Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Courier to join our team at FedEx. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a motor vehicle to transport packages to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery
  • Ensure packages are delivered on time and in good condition
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license (motorbike, LGV, MGV, or HGV)
  • At least one year of professional driving experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a delivery or transportation role
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
