Customer Support Specialist

About the Role
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the construction journey.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, construction supervisors, and internal departments.
  • Manage customer inquiries, updates, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of contracts, variations, and other documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role, within the construction or residential building industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
