About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers on the phone and in person
  • Use POS and put order through for customers
  • Handling aggregator and delivery orders
  • Multi-tasking with team members
  • Hygiene and food safety
  • General cleaning duties
  • Dealing with customer concerns
  • Suggestive selling
  • Processing payments: cash and EFTPOS
