The role of the Visionary Creative Leader is pivotal in spearheading a team of designers to produce innovative, effective, and beautifully executed work. This individual will drive the creative vision across multiple clients and industries, collaborating closely with senior leadership, strategy, and client services teams.

  • Lead a team of designers to ensure output meets the highest standards of innovation, effectiveness, and visual appeal.
  • Drive the creative vision across multiple clients and industries, fostering partnerships that deliver exceptional results.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, strategy, and client services to deliver impactful work that solves complex business challenges.
  • Be hands-on from conceptual thinking to execution, overseeing every aspect of project development.
  • Champion design excellence and consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring seamless brand experiences.
  • Develop big ideas and bring them to life — across digital, brand, print, campaign, and emerging channels.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in design, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and refined craft across brand, digital, print, and campaign work.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire and elevate a creative team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker able to simplify complex briefs and transform them into compelling visual solutions.
