Our company seeks a highly skilled Communications Professional to create engaging content for internal distribution. This role reports to the People and Communications Manager and involves working with internal teams to plan, create, and execute impactful communications.

This key position entails:

  • Creating visually appealing content for newsletters, publications, social media, website, and intranet.
  • Liaising with stakeholders for review and approval of content.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality communications for internal staff.
  • Managing the content creation process from concept to completion.
  • Developing methods for evaluating campaign effectiveness and communication activities.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to work autonomously, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail.
