About the Role


We are seeking highly skilled Software Developers who can participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design and code implementation to testing and support. As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our clients.


  • You will be responsible for analyzing, validating, and proposing improvements to existing software failures, working closely with architects and technical leaders.
  • You will participate in every step of the process, from design and development to testing, release, and troubleshooting, ensuring high-quality deliverables and excellent customer service.
  • You will drive key discussions with stakeholders, analyze the current landscape, and propose innovative coding solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java 8 or higher.
  • Proven experience working with Spring and Hibernate, as well as OOP concepts.
  • Proficiency in exception handling, collections, abstract classes and interfaces, constructors, file I/O, serialization, and generics.

Preferred Qualifications


We also welcome candidates with experience in build tools like Ant, Maven, and Git, as well as design patterns and optimizing usage.
