IT Support Trainee

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an IT Support Trainee. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to take direction and be part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task, time management skills essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Operates with high degree of flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail

In addition to these skills and qualifications, we also require that you have recently completed your studies or are looking to start your career in IT.
