Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic sales professional to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Built strong relationships with new and existing customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Sell and maintain an extensive range of products while working alongside a collaborative team.
  • Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously strive to upskill through training and research of products, applying knowledge to assemble, maintain, and fix the products we sell.
  • Assist the management team with store operational activities.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and teamwork.
  • Flexibility with hours and scheduling.
  • An organized person who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive person who enjoys problem-solving and assembling products.
  • The ability to handle heavy lifting in a hands-on, physical environment.
