Research and Development Opportunity

This role involves leading scientific projects in skeletal muscle tissue engineering, driving innovation and advancing knowledge in the field.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with a track record of refereed publications, and be able to solve complex problems. Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills are essential, as well as a strong commitment to confidentiality and information handling.

Experience in iPSC cell culture and differentiation, organ-on-chip technology, biomaterials, muscle biology, and microscopy is required.

    • Leading scientific projects in skeletal muscle tissue engineering
    • Performing cell culture using iPSCs
    • Relying on spatial transcriptomics to assess intercellular communication at specialized cellular junctions in vivo and in vitro
