Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Engineer to join our team at Babcock. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be instrumental in supporting the maintenance of our fleet of AW139 helicopters.

About the Role

  • Carry out inspections and maintenance of AW139 helicopters in a timely manner.
  • Ensure maintenance documentation is completed accurately.
  • Follow workplace safety policies and procedures to ensure safety compliance is adhered to.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on AW139 helicopters.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and report any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective maintenance and support of our fleet.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • CASA B1.3 LAME license with Type rating.
  • AW139 type rating (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage aircraft support/role equipment and advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work as part of a team with flexibility, drive to achieve outcomes.
