You will support them in exploring suitable job opportunities, collaborating with employers to address skill shortages, and providing tailored support to ensure successful placements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
