Lead the Launch of a New Early Childhood Centre

A not-for-profit organisation is seeking a passionate leader to establish and maintain a culture of quality, inclusivity, and respect within an early childhood centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a high-performing team of educators and support staff, and developing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive centre culture
  • Build and manage a skilled team of educators and support staff
  • Develop and implement effective educational programs for young children
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other centre leaders and stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on building a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving organisational goals
