Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Mandurah store and ensure its successful and efficient running. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and driving a customer-led culture through sales, service, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer by providing exceptional sales and service.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store is running effectively, including stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Represent the store and support the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes, being involved in mentoring and guidance opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning, with a focus on training and coaching to ensure succession planning opportunities within your store and wider KMD Brands network.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a retail professional with previous management experience, a proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional store management. You should have exceptional problem-solving abilities, a proactive outlook, and sound knowledge of retail requirements. Additionally, you should have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture, and a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business.
