About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Component Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately identifying required parts and components for a wide range of vehicle models.
- Liaise with service and reconditioning teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
- Source parts from various suppliers, both internal and external.
- Maintain stock levels, manage orders, and track deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, addressing parts-related inquiries promptly.
- Keep detailed records of parts ordered, received, and fitted.
- Assist with inventory control and stocktaking procedures.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or similar role, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle components and parts systems is essential.
- Able to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogues.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with parts inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
